Mom and the Boys at Camp

This is the back yard, though Cam insists it is the front yard — it is faced by the door we go through most frequently when we get there. Regardless, it is the side of camp away from the lake and toward the road.

Stand-off: Lucy and Finnegan

Tom and Chris have a new lab puppy, Finnegan, who loves going after Lucy. Inside, he can corner her and gnaw on her tail, but outside, she is way too fast for him and taunts him. All told, they seem to get along quite well.

We spent nearly a week at Moosehead, 22-28 June. While there was some sun, there was also plenty of gray like this.

Cam Walks Lucy

Grampa has made a nice dog-walking track of wood chips up to the back workshop and beyond. Cam likes to take Lucy in the mornings, and Lucy seems to like going with Cam.

Playing on the Floor

A few old toys were discovered while hunting around in Grammie and Grampa's attic. Here, Ian plays with a 25-year-old Casio keyboard (which worked fine once it got new batteries), while his Dad pretends to help him build a castle with some Castillos bricks, which hadn't seen the light of day in nearly as long.
