Mount Kineo


Mount Kineo sits on a peninsula in the middle of Moosehead Lake. These 700-foot cliffs on the east side rise straight up from the water, with the deepest point in the lake, 250 feet, almost directly below them.

Trail Washout


Unfortunately, we didn't make it all the way to Jackman. A beaver had built a dam on the stream that ran alongside the trail, making it impassible.
